Kuwait freezes Iranian assets due to sanctions against Tehran

The Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry has instructed the state's central bank to freeze all assets and funding connected to the Iranian nuclear program, Kuwaiti newspaper al-Rai reported.
The move comes following sanctions the international community has imposed on Tehran because of its refusal to halt uranium enrichment. (AFP)
