Police charge opposition activists in Bangladesh

Media reports and witnesses say Bangladeshi police have charged with batons to disperse hundreds of opposition activists protesting in the capital. It is not clear whether there were any injuries in the clashes Saturday.
The demostrators are opposing a government bid to evict opposition leader Khaleda Zia from the military-owned home she has lived in for nearly 30 years. (AP)
