Emanuel formally announces run for Chicago mayor

Former White House chief of staff Rahm Emanuel has made it official: he's running for mayor of Chicago.
Emanuel made the announcement Saturday at a school on the city's North Side. He represented that area in Congress before taking the job at the White House. (AP)
