Rightist acquitted of attacking left-wing activist

Right-wing activist Noam Federman has been acquitted of attacking an activist of the left-wing Breaking the Silence organization near the grave of Baruch Goldstein about three years ago.
Jerusalem Magistrate's Court Judge Yitzhak Shimon wrote in his ruling that "this was a minor incident which did not cause any damage", and that "the circumstances of the incident and the public interest do not justify Federman's conviction. (Aviad Glickman)
