Ethics Committee rebukes MK Tibi for Libya visit

The Knesset's Ethics Committee has decided to reprimand Knesset Member Ahmad Tibi (United Arab List-Ta'al) for his visit to Libya and meeting with its leader Muammar Gaddafi about half a year ago.
The committee decided, however, not to impose sanctions on other Arab MKs who accompanied Tibi on the trip, explaining that it was the first time such a complaint had been filed against them. (Roni Sofer)
