No Kadima candidate for temporary Defense Committee chairman post

The Kadima faction ratified its decision not to demand the Likud take up the Knesset's Economics Committee chairman post.

In a faction meeting Monday it was decided that Kadima will not put forward a candidate for temporary chairman of the Foreign Affairs and Defense committee and that the faction members will not cooperate with coalition initiatives. (Attila Somfalvi)
