PM unveils program addressing real estate crisis

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has announced a series of steps to be taken in an effort to address the housing crisis and the high apartment rates. The government is planning a 15% discount on the purchase of private lands in Land Administration tenders as part of the plan.
The program will also include incentives to mayors and council heads who will authorize delayed construction. (Ronen Medzini)
