Sharansky urges gov't to provide Ethiopians with housing solutions

Jewish Agency Chairman Natan Sharansky called on the government to find solutions which would enable Ethiopian immigrants to purchase apartments and move out of absorption centers within a reasonable period of time. "Past mistakes cannot be repeated," he said.
According to Jewish Agency data, some 4,300 Ethiopian immigrants reside in absorption centers across Israel. (Yael Branovsky)
