The South Korean prime minister's office says that UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has urged Seoul to lift a rule forcing foreign language teachers to take an HIV test to enter the country.
South Korea lifted a travel ban for most foreigners with the virus that causes AIDS in January. (AP)
