Knesset Speaker Reueven Rivlin says he is concerned about the expected renewal of the settlement construction freeze, but does not plan to "stop playing by the rules."
Rivlin discussed the matter with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday and met with Minister Benny Begin on Monday. He said he was "aware of the responsibility laying on the prime minister's shoulders" and is "concerned by the damage caused to the Jewish settlement in Jerusalem and the Israeli sovereignty there."
