State official: 2nd freeze delayed because of Palestinians

A state official in Jerusalem says the approval of a second settlement construction freeze is being delayed because of the Palestinians.

According to the official, "The lingering in the formation of the final wording of the American document is being caused because of Palestinian claims that the understandings between Israel and the United States are too good and are denying the PA of future bargaining chips." (Attila Somfalvi)
