Syrian President Bashar Assad met in Damascus with Lebanese President Michel Suleiman and discussed methods of maintaining calm in Lebanon.
The meeting was held as an international tribunal investigating the murder of former Prime Minister Rafic Hariri plans to publish its conclusions. (AFP)
