Sarkozy: New cabinet will take me to 2012 presidential elections

During his address to the nation, French President Nicolas Sarkozy referred to the reshuffle in his government, saying the new cabinet will take him to the presidential elections of Spring 2012.
Sarkozy also defended his decision to retain Francois Fillon as prime minister, saying he was the person France needed. (AFP)
