A judge in Tennessee has refused to stop construction at the site of a proposed mosque that inspired an argument from opponents that Islam is not a religion.
Rutherford County Chancellor Robert Corlew ruled Wednesday after hearing closing arguments in a lawsuit by opponents who claimed county planners erred in approving the plans. (AP)
