Infiltrator confesses to murdering 12 people in Nigeria

A young Nigerian who infiltrated Israel through the border with Egypt last month and who has since requested asylum, told Israeli authorities that he murdered a family of 12 in Nigeria.
He stated that his entire family was murdered by a rival family in his village over six months ago and that he acted out of revenge. The youth said that he set the family's house on fire with everyone inside. After the murder, he escaped and arrived in Israel a few months later through Chad, Sudan and Egypt. He is being held at the Ketziot prison and immigration authorities have put forward a request to send him back to Nigeria. (Yael Branovsky)
