Phosphorous mortar shells fired at Israel

It has been cleared for publication that four mortar shells which hit the Ashkelon Coast Regional Council on Friday afternoon contained phosphorus.
The mortars landed in open areas within the council. There were no reports of injuries or damage. (Shmulik Hadad)
