Medvedev to US Republicans: Show responsibility

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev called the US Senate to show responsibility and approve the agreement between Russia and the US to reduce nuclear arms.
US President Barak Obama said earlier that the Republican senators' opposition to the approval of the agreement is a departure of former President Ronal Reagan's policy on the matter. Both leaders are in Lisbon for a NATO summit. (AFP)
