Brig.-Gen. Imad Fares petitions against IDF Chief Ashkenazi

Brigadier General Imad Fares, a former Galilee Division commander, petitioned the Tel Aviv District Court against IDF Chief Lieutenant Geneneral Gabi Ashkenazi for dismissing him from the army.
Fares was dismissed in April for failing to follow orders and failing to give a truthful report of a road accident his wife caused while driving his military-issued vehicle. (Naama Cohen-Friedman)
