Work on Egypt-Israel border fence to begin Monday

The Defense Ministry is set to begin constructing a border fence between Israel and Egypt Monday in order to prevent infiltration by African migrants, the ministry said.
The fence will presumably rack up costs of NIS 1.35 billion (about $37 million). (Hanan Greenberg)
