Gunmen kill ex-governor in western Mexico state

Mexican authorities say the former governor of the Pacific state of Colima has been shot to death by a group of armed men.
The Colima Attorney General's Office says Silverio Cavazos Ceballos was gunned down Sunday outside his home in the capital city, also called Colima. (AP)
