Labor to ask PM to postpone vote on referendum bill

The Labor faction has authorized Defense Minister Ehud Barak to ask Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to postpone the Knesset vote on the referendum bill, which is slated to take place Monday evening.

According to the bill, any withdrawal from territories under full Israeli sovereignty will have to receive the people's approval after being adopted by the Knesset with a majority of 60 MKs. (Attila Somfalvi)
