Judges overrule UK government on bombings hearings

None

Bereaved relatives of victims of the 2005 London bombings should be allowed to hear evidence on secret intelligence during hearings into the deaths of 52 commuters on the city's transit network, appeals court judges ruled Monday.

Two appeals court judges rejected a demand from Home Secretary Theresa May and the domestic spy agency MI5, that such evidence be disclosed only in private sessions of the hearings into the July 7, 2005 terrorist attack. (AP)
