Netanyahu lauds approval of referendum law

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu lauded the Knesset's approval of the referendum law, which will condition any withdrawal from territories under Israeli sovereignty with a referendum.
"The Israeli public is involved, aware and responsible, and I trust that on the day of decision it will support an agreement that answers to Israel's national interests and security needs," he said. (Attila Somfalvi and Roni Sofer)
