Syria says it "totally rejects" the new Israeli law requiring a referendum before any withdrawal from the Golan Heights and east Jerusalem.
"This measure does not change the fact that the Golan is Syrian land that cannot be subject to negotiations," Syria's Foreign Ministry said in a statement. (AFP)
