New Zealand: All 29 trapped miners die in 2nd explosion

Police say all 29 workers missing in a New Zealand coal mine are dead after a second explosion Wednesday that no one could have survived.

Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman offered his condolences, saying "the government and people of Israel offer their condolences to the people of New Zealand following the tragedy at the Pike River Mine." (AP and Ronen Medzini)
