Ben-Eliezer: Haifa refineries like a 'nuclear bomb'

Industry, Trade and Labor Minister Binyamin Ben-Eliezer said Wednesday that the Haifa refineries were like a "nuclear bomb."
The minister noted he has been warning of the site's danger for years and expressed hope it will be evacuated in the future. Ben-Eliezer further added that health inspectors on behalf of the ministry have investigated Tuesday's gas leak which claimed the lives of three people. "I will have the site closed if I see it continues to pose danger," he said. (Attila Somfalvi)
