Jordan complains of police interrogation of embassy workers

Jordan has formally complained to Israel Wednesday about a police interrogation of two employees of the Jordanian embassy in Tel Aviv and demanded a formal investigation, the Petra news agency reported.

 

Foreign Minister Nasser Jawdeh summoned the Israeli ambassador to Jordan and he sent a protest note in response to "aggression against two staff members of the Jordanian embassy" in Israel. (AFP)
