Ramat Negev council demands 'closed facility' for border infiltrators
Ramat Negev Council Chairman Shmulik Rifman announced his opposition to the establishment of an open facility for the absorption of African migrants who infiltrate the border with Egypt. "I demand a closed facility," Rifman wrote in a letter to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
"Thousands of migrants will cause the quality of life in the council to slip and bring on a rise in crime level." (Ilana Curiel)
