Barak: Unity government must be considered
Defense Minister Ehud Barak said that "if it turns out this government is incapable of leading the peace process, we will have to consider its expansion to a national unity government".
Speaking before a convention of senior citizens, Barak added that the Labor Party's goal is to promote peace talks, and that there is "a certain discrepancy" between this aim and the structure of the current government. (Attila Somfalvi)
