S.Korea to consider China's talks suggestion "very carefully"

South Korea will "very carefully" consider China's suggestion of emergency talks on North Korea, the Foreign Ministry said on Sunday.

China called for emergency consultations among six governments in moribund talks aimed at ending North Korea's nuclear programme, adding that they would not amount to a full restart of the negotiations. (Reuters)
