Livni to German PM: WikiLeaks must not change allies' ties

Opposition Chairwoman Tzipi Livni met with German President Christian Wolff, who is visiting Israel, and told him "the allies should cultivate a relationship that enables an open discussion on strategic matters. That should not change."
