Iran: 2 men targeted in explosions are nuclear scientists

Iranian media outlets reported Monday that the man killed during an explosion in Tehran was a nuclear scientist and a physics lecturer at the Shahid Beheshti University.

According to one of the reports, the assassins – mounted on motorcycles – attached a bomb to the vehicle in which the scientist was travelling, and he was killed instantly by the blast. Meanwhile, another explosion injured a physics scientist and his wife. (Dudi Cohen)
