US deeply regrets disclosure of secret information
The United States deeply regrets any disclosure of classified information as a result of whistle-blower website WikiLeaks' release to the media of more than 250,000 US State Department cables, US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said on Monday. (Reuters)
