Clinton begins 4-nation tour in Kazakhstan

US Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton has arrived in the Central Asian nation of Kazakhstan to begin a four-nation diplomatic tour.

Her talks with dozens of leaders attending international conferences in the Kazakh capital of Astana and in the Persian Gulf nation of Bahrain are likely to be complicated by the weekend publication of secret US State Department documents that reveal the inner workings of American diplomacy. (AP)
