WikiLeaks: Saudi king urged Iran to cut ties with Hamas
Abdullah king of Saudi Arabia said during a March 2009 meeting with Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Muttaki that he gives the Islamic Republic a one year ultimatum to end its ties with Hamas.
According to a diplomatic cable published by WikiLeaks website, Abdullah claimed "the Persian people should not interfere in Arab issues." (Ynet)
