No. of November infiltrators breaks records

The Population and Immigration Authority stated that 1,940 migrant workers and asylum seekers from Africa crossed the Egyptian border into Israel in November – a monthly record in the number of infiltrators.

It is estimated that 36,000 foreign citizens who entered illegally through Sinai reside in Israel today. (Yael Branovsky)
