Environment Ministry: Fire not caused by illegal waste dump
An Environment Ministry official from the Haifa District said that "the ministry has looked into all Haifa and Carmel waste dumps and have arrived at the unequivocal findings that the fire didn't start at any of them." (Yael Darel)
