PM says will declare national day of mourning
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Thursday he will declare a national day of mourning following the Carmel fire disaster which claimed the lives of 40 Prison Service cadets.
"The State of Israel can take care of all these communities and every citizen forced to leave their home. I do not fear this at all, nor should you be worried. A horrible disaster has fallen upon us. I shall declare it a national day of mourning but right now we haven't the time to mourn and investigate," he said. (Attila Somfalvi)
