Highway 2 reopens, trains take northern passengers for free
A spokesman for the Northern Police District announced that Highway 2, closed due to fears that the giant blaze engulfing the north would spread to the road as well, was reopened for traffic. Highway 4, its eastern counterpart, has been closed since Thursday.
