Carmel fire: Nir Etzion Preparing evacuation of 600 cows
The Israel Cattle Breeders' Association is preparing to evacuate 600 cows from kibbutz Nir Etzion due to the spreading fire.
Ten kibbutzim have agreed to absorb the cattle. If the fire should spread before the cows are transferred then the cows will be released into the wild. (Ahiya Raved)
