Carmel fire: Residents who weren't evacuated should stay in homes
Residents of Tirat Carmel, Denya and other areas near the fire, who were not evacuated are requested to stay in their homes due to air pollution, the Health Ministry and the Ministry of Environmental Protection announced on Friday. "We recommend closing windows and turning on air conditioners (not window air conditioners), in order to avoid smoke inhalation", the announcement said. (Yael Darel )
