Boston's Jewish Federation raises 200K for fire damage relief
Combined Jewish Philanthropies, Boston's Jewish Federation, has raised $200,000 for the repair of the damage caused by the Carmel fire. The money will be transferred to the Haifa Municipality. Boston and Haifa are sister cities, and officials of the organization are considering sending a delegation to help with relief efforts early next week. (Yitzhak Benhorin)
