Firefighters leave Carmel Forest Resort; site threatened by fire
Firefighter teams have been instructed to leave the Carmel Forest Spa Resort area for fear the site will catch fire. A police official told Ynet that scene has turned into a "fire trap."
"We realized it was time to flee, the place turned into a fire trap. We had seven teams, 40 firefighters, we could have all burned to death. The fire consumed everything and there is no telling whether the hotel will be burned," he said. (Boaz Fyler)
