IDF rep: Carmel fire subsiding

A representative from the IDF's Home Front Command said the huge wildfire in the Carmel hills appears to be subsiding, but it is too soon to tell whether firefighters will be able to extinguish the flames in the coming hours. (Roni Sofer)
