Ussifiya mayor orders residents to evacuate
The Russian aircraft put into action as part of efforts to contain Carmel fire will not be able to control the flames near Ussifiya because residents have not evacuated the premises so far.
The amount of water being poured out of the aircraft is dangerous for people on the ground. Ussifiya mayor instructed the residents to evacuate. (Hassan Shaalan)
