Border guards thwarted an attempt to set fire to a wadi near the roadblock in the Gilo area on Saturday. Two suspects, a Palestinian and an Arab citizen of Israel, were arrested and taken for questioning.
The arrests were made possible by reports from civilians who observed the arson attempt. (Yair Altman)
