Gov't considering forming committee to help Carmel residents
The government is examining the possibility of establishing an inter-ministerial committee headed by the Director-General of the Prime Minister's Office, in order to rehabilitate the Carmel and help residents affected by the wildfire.
The committee will also include the director-generals of the finance, internal security, interior, social affairs and environmental ministries as well as a representative of the National Emergency Management Authority. (Yael Branovsky)
