Nevatim Base Commander on Supertanker: We see fewer fires
"We can definitely see that the areas are filled with more smoke and fewer fires", Brigadier General Eden Atias, Commander of the Nevatim Air Force base said as he accompanied the US Boeing Supertanker on its mission over the Carmel forest.
"Now we will wait to receive feedback from our officers on the ground – did the tanker's materials fall where they were meant to fall and what its effect was, we will have a quick debriefing and go out for another run" he added. (Ynet)
