Ankara official: Turkish, Israeli diplomats met in Geneva

A delegation of senior Turkish diplomats met with Israeli officials in Geneva to discuss ways to renew the friendly relations between the two countries, a source in the Foreign Ministry in Ankara reported.

Despite the crisis in the relations, the Turkish government sent firefighting teams to help Israel gain control of the Carmel wildfire. (AFP)
