19 countries to miss Nobel ceremony

Nobel Peace Prize organizers say China and 18 other countries have declined to attend this year's ceremony honoring Chinese dissident Liu Xiaobo.

The Nobel Peace Prize Committee says embassy representatives have said they won't attend Friday's ceremony, including from Russia, Pakistan, Serbia, Iran, Venezuela and Cuba. (AP)
